A patellar tendon strap: a slim adjustable band with a soft, raised silicone pad (the LockPoint™ pad) that rests on the tendon just below your kneecap. It gives gentle, focused pressure on that spot and leaves the rest of the knee open.

A sleeve wraps the whole knee and a hinged brace covers much of the leg. The Stabilizer sits on one point below the kneecap, so it's lighter, cooler and easier to wear under clothes. It's made for everyday activity, not for protecting an injured knee.

A soft silicone pad (6.7" / 17 cm long) with a ribbed silicone grip on the inside, on an adjustable band with hook-and-loop closure and metal buckles.

It's one adjustable size that fits legs from about 7.5" to 13.4" around, measured just below the kneecap. Measure with a soft tape, knee straight, where the strap sits.

If you're close to 13.4" or above, email us your measurement before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will fit.

Just below the kneecap, on the soft spot about two finger-widths down, not on the kneecap itself. If you feel nothing, move it a little lower.

Snug, not tight. One finger should slide under the band. If it pinches, tingles or leaves a red line, loosen it or move it slightly. It should never hurt.

The ribbed silicone grip on the inside holds it in place while you walk and bend. If it moves, it's usually a little loose: snug it one notch.

Yes. It's slim and flat, so it wears under slacks, jeans and leggings.

Wear it while you're active: the stairs, a walk, the garden, a long day on your feet. If you sit for a while, loosen it a little. Take it off at night.

One Stabilizer fits one knee. If both knees bother you, order two.
